Christened Ather 450X, this super scooter is incredibly quick, boasts of multiple ride modes, has wider and grippier tyres, and body dynamics that will play along with all your urban acrobatics. Ather 450X can reach speed of 40 kmph from 0 in just 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 80 km/h. It also offers driving in reverse mode and can go up to 80 km in a single charge. The Ather 450X dashboard is now re-designed to do more. A new Snapdragon 212 processor with inte-grated 4G LTE, new dark mode for round-the-clock visibility and a new Android Open Source OS takes the ride experience to a whole new level. As far as battery performance is concerned, you can charge it in your parking, charge outside, and charge at any 5A plug point. It also provides a home charge, while the installation is done by the company. Fast charging can be done in 10 minutes that will let you drive up to 15 km. The Ather 450X is the ultimate performance machine for you, claims the company, which is a key player in India’s fast evolving EV space. The Ather 450X comes in two variants—Ather 450X Plus (Rs. 149,000) and Ather 450X Pro (Rs. 159,000). For Ather 450X, you need to shell out Rs. 99,000 (Bengaluru) upfront, besides paying monthly subscription of Rs. 1,500 towards the rest of the amount.
